PreFlight Airport Parking COVID-19 Response:


PreFlight has made several changes to ensure your safety and that of our employees. We are open 24/7 but with a reduced shuttle service. We ask that you call for pick-up from the airport upon your return.


We value the health and well-being of our customers and employees. We want you to know that our company is taking every precaution that we can to ensure your safety. We’ve arranged to have extra hand washing stations and sanitizers available. We take our employee’s temperature before they start their shift. If any of our employees become sick they will stay home with pay per our sick pay policies. The best defense against COVID-19 is to avoid contact with high touch areas, wash your hands for at least 20 seconds frequently and avoid touching your face. We are practicing these guidelines and hope you do too. Stay safe!


Additional steps for a safer experience:


  • We've temporarily discontinued our luggage assistance service.
  • We’re limiting the number of passengers on each bus to promote social distancing. We ask passengers to leave at least one empty seat between parties.
  • We’re frequently cleaning high touch areas on the buses, lobbies, access equipment and employee areas.
  • PreFlight is encouraging customers to wear masks to protect everyone’s health once you exit your car and while on the shuttle. Our employees are required to wear a mask at all times.
  • Not only does our prepaid reservation option give you our best rate it’s also a great touchless payment method!
  • To promote social distancing, we’re limiting elevator capacity to a maximum of 3 passengers at HOU, ORD and PHX.
  • PreFlight is a self-park facility. You park and lock your car and no one enters your vehicle. Our valet service option at HOU and IAH are temporarily closed.
  • Our locations are cashless. Payments can be made with a credit or debit card.


Customer Service Accommodations:


  • Cancellation fees are waived through September and we don't have a change fee.
  • Expiration of points has been paused until September.
  • Is your car stranded at PreFlight due to the virus? Please call the facility directly immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon will points be added to my account?

Points are added within 48 hours after you exit the facility.

How can I update my credit card?

Log in to your Frequent Parker account and select the Express Pass tab. The web page that opens gives you the option to edit your payment information. After entering the new information click save the changes.

I made a reservation, then signed up for the Frequent Parker card, can I add the reservation to my account?

Yes. Log in to your Frequent Parker account. On the Account Information page, please click Associate Reservation with My Account. The information on your reservation receipt is all you need.
