Do points ever expire?

Yes, points expire after three years of nonuse.

What happened to redeeming airmiles?

Unfortunately, United has decided to no longer support its air mile program with business as of Oct 18th, 2024. But we are working on creating new awards to help support your travel experience to replace air miles.
