PreFlight Airport Parking offers different parking products, all of which are simple in their own right and have their own benefits that fit your parking needs. In this article, we will review each option and discuss when and why one product should be used over another.
Reservations are the only way to guarantee your spot. They are also a great way to save on parking because, like airline tickets, the earlier you make a reservation, the cheaper it will be. This is also how you can redeem your points from the Frequent Parker Program for free parking! You can make a reservation online or download the PreFlight app to make a reservation.
You can either print out your web reservation and scan the QR code at the gate or download the PreFlight app to sign into your account on the app to access your reservation that way as well.
If you want flexibility about when you arrive or leave the garage, Express is your best option. You can also earn Frequent Parker Programs points with Express. Though you can't redeem these points, you can still gain points
To get started, download the PreFlight App and connect your credit card to your account to sign up for Express. Once you have signed up, you must scan the QR code at the kiosk at the gate.
This is the fastest and most automated solution.
Drive-ups are the most traditional way to park. They’re when you drive up to the garage without a reservation or an Express pass. When you get to the gate, you’ll pull a ticket at the entry lane and scan that ticket when you exit the garage.
You won’t receive Frequent Parker Points automatically with this option, you would need to go into your account settings on the app to look for "Add Past Transactions" or "Add an onsite transaction to your account" on the website, then enter your pulled ticket receipt number and the paid amount in order to get your points. You can also do this with guest reservations if you didn't make an account when you booked the reservation.
